The work starts with the affected website, available backups, hosting access and the symptoms you have seen. We establish what can be recovered and agree the steps before making changes. Please do not send passwords in the enquiry form; access can be arranged separately.
Recover and address the cause
Depending on the findings, the work can include removing malicious files, restoring a usable version, reviewing plugins and themes, correcting access and configuration issues, and rebuilding affected parts. Cleanup needs to be checked against how the site actually behaves.
Make the next step manageable
